Our Story
ConciergeUK was founded in 2014 by Wayne Hadley while he was based in Milan. Initially focused on providing high net worth individuals and corporations with exceptional, tailored services, the company quickly developed a reputation for offering unique and luxurious experiences. From bespoke travel and accommodation to unforgettable events, ConciergeUK became synonymous with exclusive, top-tier service.
As the company grew, ConciergeUK expanded into event management, becoming one of the most trusted names in hospitality for sporting occasions. Today, ConciergeUK is proud to be an established global provider, continuing to evolve and expand its concierge services worldwide, while maintaining the high standards and personal touch that have made it a leader in the industry.

Wayne Hadley
Company Founder / Managing Director
With a background in aviation spanning 25 years, Wayne spent 14 of those years working for Italy’s largest helicopter manufacturer, managing its corporate and VIP client base, developing an extensive global network of contacts and facilitating VIP delegations. Taking everything he’d learned, he went on to form ConciergeUK, using his experience and connections to establish a truly exceptional level of service that would grow and adapt to suit his clients’ requirements.

Having spent the last twenty years in senior executive roles in the Corporate World, Matt has an in-depth knowledge of the levels of service and quality that our Clients expect. It is with this level of understanding and a great attention to detail that ensures we deliver impeccable Customer experiences every time.

Concierge Golf Breaks Manager
Based in the beautiful Algarve, Naomi Palmer brings a strong background in marketing and project management to her role as Golf Breaks Manager. With extensive experience organising a variety of events, Naomi specializes in curating bespoke golf breaks for clients across the Algarve. Her local expertise and attention to detail ensure that every golf trip is tailored to meet individual preferences, providing clients with an exceptional and personalized experience in one of Europe’s top golfing destinations.
Fraser Bruce
Trainee Events Manager
With experience in the concierge and events industry, Fraser works as a Trainee Events Manager, supporting the coordination and delivery of professional events and client experiences. They bring a strong customer-service background, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Passionate about hospitality and event management, Fraser is dedicated to ensuring every event is executed to a high standard while building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Dani Olliffe
Events Coordinator
Currently completing her Master’s degree in Project Management, Dani has strong knowledge and understanding of both the theory and the operational side within events and projects. She comes from a long-lasting customer service background and has a passion for curating successful client-based relationships. With experience in international client travel and in managing local music events, she brings outstanding communication and coordination skills to the company.

Social Media and Marketing
With a background in content creation and a passion for storytelling through digital media, Anika is our Social Media & Marketing Coordinator, bringing creativity and a strong understanding of social platforms to the team. She focuses on creating engaging content and growing our online presence. Holding a diploma in Event Management, Anika also brings valuable insight into audience engagement and brand experience, helping to elevate our marketing and strengthen our connection with clients.
